Key Responsibilities
- Directly supervise Distribution facilities and staff in the designated area;
- Ensure that safety standards are met at all times;
- Model and enforce Distribution strategy of excellence in customer service, and timely delivery of product;
- Perform Home Care Service Representative duties when required to address operational needs;
- Co‑ordinate with the Regional Distribution Manager in monitoring, reporting and actioning distribution staff performance requirements;
- Co‑ordinate with the Regional Distribution Manager in hiring, training and compliance documentation;
- Work with all staff (Distribution, Sales, Clinical, Customer Care Associates) on inventory management with the goal of timely and efficient fulfillment of customer needs;
