Job Description
Adecco is currently seeking Trainers for a premiere client in Carlisle, PA! Multiple shifts available, Rates start at $ 19.69/hr.
Duties:
+ Train processes and procedures through verbal instruction, demonstration, and trainee’s hands-on execution of required job skills.
+ Conduct new hire orientations and refresher training classes.
+ Must be able to facilitate and deliver all classroom training content.
+ Use appropriate assessment tools to provide feedback regarding trainee’s progress and relay to Training Manager and DC Operations Management
+ Assist in the development of training materials to ensure success of all Associates. Including the use of PowerPoint, Excel, translation software, etc
+ Become a subject matter expert by developing and maintaining a level of operational expertise in a minimum of one functional area in the Distribution Center.

+ Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written....
