Job Description
This role will be responsible for the overall management and development of distributor and agent networks across the region. This role is critical to driving growth, optimizing channel performance, and ensuring compliance with PPG’s standards and policies. You will collaborate closely with sub-regions, country general managers, local commercial teams and other stakeholders to enhance distributor and agent business growth with a focus on transparency, efficiency, productivity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the distributor and agent network for Industrial Coatings across the SEA region, ensuring alignment with PPG’s enterprise growth strategy and regional business goals.
