The purpose of this role is to support mono stores and account managers, embedding a commercial mindset in all decisions and ensuring alignment with Global and Local standards. The role involves enhancing the shopping experience, analyzing KPIs, and cultivating a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
1) Commercial Mindset
Embed a commercial mindset in all decision-making processes.Analyze store KPIs and local trends to identify operational, visual, and experiential opportunities.Incorporate commercial impact into merchandising and store experience.
2) Mono Account Support
Provide support to mono stores and account’s managers to achieve best-in class standards, focusing on the 5 P’s: People, Product, Premises, Processes, and Profit.Assist in the development and implementation of in-store marketing strategies.Ensure compliance with global standa...
