To ensure the delivery of sustainable and profitable retail growth for assigned store network bymeeting or exceeding agreed net sales and profitability targets. While coaching, managing and inspiring the Store Management team and Store team/s to meet commercial goals.

Inspirationally lead retail stores to a world class position by focusing on the 5 P’s: People, Product, Premises, Processes and Profit. Ensure a leading shopping experience and continuously maximise sales and profitability from the store portfolio, in conjunction with key stakeholders.
