The District Service Manager (DSM) will hire and develop capabilities of service technicians and sub-contractors while managing and controlling performance and labor costs. This role helps to increase and maintain service contract base and drive time and material revenue through customer visitations, account strategy development, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
