Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability in all stores within the assigned area.
- Monitor store performance and conduct regular store visits to ensure that all stores are meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Ensure that all stores are operating within company policies and procedures and are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that stores have sufficient stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Hire, train, and manage the performance of store managers and staff within the assigned area.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to store managers and staff to improve performance and address any issues.
