Job Description
**SUMMARY**:The Division Sales Manager assists the Division Vice President in managing the overall success of assigned branches, by maximizing profitability, generating sales individually and through the leadership of others.
**JOB DUTIES**:- Supervises the sales and operational performance of multiple branches.
- Implements corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to support the overall direction of Motion Industries.
- Collaborates to identify and secure new business opportunities and improve operational effectiveness.
- Plans, organizes, allocates resources and directs the day-to-day operations of the division under the direction of the Division VP.Works very closely with Corporate Accounts roles in the division.
- Covers all aspects of sales, account management, training, and sales support.
