We're looking for a Divisional Manager to lead leasing strategy and performance across a growing Build to Rent single-family housing portfolio. You'll be accountable for lease-up success, occupancy growth, and conversion performance, while shaping a standout resident journey from first enquiry to move-in.
Your focus will be on:
- Driving occupancy & revenue across multiple communities
- Managing and motivating third-party sales and leasing agents
- Mobilising new developments from handover through lease-up
- Aligning marketing, pricing & leasing activity with brand and market demand
- Creating seamless move-in experiences that convert renters into long-term residents
