The Divisional Operations Director for the SWNS Division is a crucial role in the Trust. The division focuses on surgical, women’s and neonatal specialties, with a brief to optimise out‑of‑hospital provision and service transformation in conjunction with local partners and stakeholders.
The role requires a proactive senior leader committed to running outstanding services and reducing health inequalities. Strong experience managing community services and a proactive, creative approach are essential.
Job responsibilities
Deliver strategic leadership for the SWNS division, oversee service transformation, manage budgets, lead change initiatives, liaise with partners, develop business cases, and ensure quality and value of services.
