Key Responsibilities Ensure that the Nampak QCTO accredited training facility accreditation certificate is maintained. Develop and update training material for both on-the-job and off-the-job training for apprentices, production employees, and mechanical personnel. Deliver theoretical training and facilitate practical training sessions for off-the-job programmes. Ensure all practical assessments are aligned with tasks performed within Nampak Operations. Manage training evaluation and administration, including assessment records and reporting.
