Job Description The Role Glasgow City Assessor is looking to recruit a RICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor with suitable rating experience to join one of our Valuation Teams as a Divisional Valuer. The role is being readvertised. A Divisional Valuer supports the work of the Principal Surveyor and provides management and supervision of a professional valuation team of qualified valuers and trainee valuers, ensuring efficient service delivery and the implementation of HR policies. Providing expert knowledge and testimony alongside subject matter expertise, they will help deliver operational targets, statutory compliance and the planned development of team members. You will also manage and deliver your own operational workload in addition to your management and development duties.
