About the Role
Lead and integrate recruiting and training functions across Recruiting (Incl’ PNTP) and DM Training to ensure sustainable talent pipeline development, effective onboarding, and continuous capability enhancement of the DM channel, ultimately improving productivity, retention, and business performance.[담당 업무]
1. Recruiting Strategy & Program Leadership
- Lead end-to-end Recruiting strategy including recruiting, CP, onboarding, retention, and productivity initiatives
