This role focuses on delivering high-quality Technology Move, Add, and Change (DMAC) support within a fast-paced financial markets environment. You will handle hardware-based moves, adds, changes, imaging, migrations, and large move project coordination, while also performing essential administrative and documentation tasks. The position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed and a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.

+ Perform Technology Move, Add, and Change (DMAC) duties, including differentiated moves, adds, and changes in a financial markets environment.
+ Execute hardware-based tasks such as PC builds, installations, disconnects, reconnects, deployments, and refresh activities.
