Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and group travel, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of services. Product Development & Contracting: Negotiate with local suppliers (hotels, venues, transportation, guides) to build cost-effective itineraries. Logistics & Project Management: Coordinate all on-the-ground components for meetings, incentives, or leisure travel, including off-site events and activities. Financial Management: Develop budgets, manage pricing, and maximize margins on travel packages. Relationship Management: Cultivate partnerships with local tourism boards, government bodies, and service providers. Risk Management & Safety: Assess potential risks for travellers and ensure all services adhere to safety regulations.
