- Proficiency in Tourplan or similar booking systems
- Extensive knowledge of South, Southern, or East Africas geography, logistics, and products

- Familiarity with travel industry channels
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and WETU
