Job Summary
The Dock Supervisor assists the Warehouse Manager in all aspects of the operation. This includes but is not limited to, maintaining the accuracy and productivity of vehicle loading and unloading, processing of pallets, personnel management, assisting with building and equipment maintenance, producing reports, and paperwork.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Directly supervises 10 - 30 employees within the Depot.
- Indirectly supervises 1-2 employees within the Depot's office.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
