We are now looking for a Doctoral Researcher in ultra-low-power microelectronics and integrated circuit design to join our research team. The position focuses on developing advanced adaptive clock and power management architectures for next-generation low-power SoCs and processing systems. The work will mainly focus on:
Conducting research on advanced adaptive voltage and frequency scaling techniques to improve energy efficiency and robustness under PVT variations and extreme workload fluctuations.
Designing and implementing circuit and architecture level solutions for critical-path monitoring, clock generation, and power regulation in advanced CMOS technologies.
Performing modeling, simulation, and experimental validation of timing, power, and performance trade-offs.
Engaging in the dissemination of the data through scientific publications, report writing, and conference presentation.
