Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure complete, accurate, and usable documentation required for a fully functional in-house service.
- Collect all existing vendor documentation (runbooks, diagrams, inventories).
- Validate completeness and accuracy of documents against real systems.
- Create standardized templates (SOPs, work instructions, support guides).
- Document new processes, workflows, and technical configurations.
- Maintain version control and a central repository (SharePoint, Confluence, CMDB).
- Ensure documentation supports knowledge transfer and training.
- Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with SMEs to fill them.
