Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to support the Microsoft Data Center project. This role will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation across engineering, procurement, and construction phases, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance with project and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

Document Management & Control

  • Establish and maintain a structured document control system for all project documentation
  • Manage document lifecycle including submission, review, approval, distribution, and archiving
  • Ensure proper version control and document traceability
  • Maintain up-to-date document registers (drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, reports, etc.)
