Documentation Controller, Credit Transaction Management

What is this position about Client Transaction Management (CTM) is a dedicated team within ITO Credit Operations (CO), independent from the CIB business lines/Coverage. It covers all credit operational activities i.e.: deal implementation, deal lifecycle and credit risk parameters monitoring. The Primary Responsibilities Include Ensure legal documentation conforms to Credit committee decision and to alert Business & Risk in case of breach. Ensure the safekeeping of the legal documentation. As consultant to outsourced team members on legal documentation and queries related to systems and reporting.
