An established logistics company is seeking an experienced Documentation Controller to manage and control export documentation processes within a fast-paced forwarding operation. The role requires strong attention to detail, solid regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting strict shipping deadlines. POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export documentation processes
- Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI) to shipping lines
- Process export documentation including SAD500, Phyto, COO, cargo dues, mates receipts, and packing lists
- Retrieve, check, and approve draft and final export documents
- Ensure timeous submission and release of documentation in line with shipping schedules
- Maintain compliance with PPECB, DALRRD, Ecert, Titan, and shipping line requirements
