Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage documentation systems and control processes for projects
- Maintain accurate version control and status tracking in the document management system
- Prepare and update project document lists; monitor and report progress
- Ensure proper review, numbering, distribution, filing, and registration of documents
- Communicate deadlines and coordinate document delivery with project teams
- Archive final documents internally or externally
- Provide guidance and coaching on documentation control practices
- Contribute to process improvements and system efficiency
