Requirements:
- Take full responsibility for managing all tasks related to assigned import and export shipments
- Prepare, process documentation, and handle customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, vendors, and other relevant parties
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Candidates with experience in handling shipments on the China trade lane are preferred
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday
- 全面负责所分配进出口货物的所有相关事务管理
- 准备和处理进出口货物的相关文件并办理清关手续
- 与客户海外代理船公司供应商及其他相关方进行协调与有效沟通
- 完成管理层交办的其他任务
- 有处理中国航线货物经验者优先考虑
- 工作时间周一至周五
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Logistics or Forwarding. Experience in handling import shipments from China to Vietnam is a plus.
