• Collaborate with the Store Manager on daily operations
• Assist with merchandising and shipment processes
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve complaints
• Coach and develop retail staff effectively
• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate feedback
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in retail experience
• At least two years in a supervisory role
• Flexible availability for day and weekend shifts
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
