domestic Electrician Location: Devon, Cornwall & South West Region Employment Type: Permanent or Subcontract We are currently recruiting for experienced domestic Electricians to work across a range of residential housing contracts, including local authority housing, housing associations and refurbishment programmes Role Overview You will be responsible for carrying out electrical installation, maintenance, testing and repair works within occupied and void social housing properties. Work will include responsive repairs, planned maintenance programmes and upgrade works across domestic housing stock.
