Job Description
**Door Assembler Position, Start immediately** |$20:00 to $25:00/ Hour **Weekly Pay!**
**Description:**
**Assembly & Woodworking**
+ Assemble prehung doors and related components according to work orders, drawings, and written instructions
+ Perform general woodworking tasks including cutting, fitting, and material preparation
+ Use power tools such as nail guns, saws, routers, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently
**Finishing & Production**
+ Set up, operate, and monitor automated flat line and booth finishing equipment
+ Apply water-based paints, stains, and sealers to custom millwork
+ Ensure consistent coverage, proper mil thickness, and adherence to production specifications
+ Perform advanced surface preparation, including fine sanding and defect correction
+ Inspect finished products and immediately address any quality issues
+ Execute color and material changeovers efficiently to minimize downtime
