Responsibilities Manage daily dormitory operations and maintain a safe, clean, and orderly living environment. Oversee room allocation, occupancy, resident movement, and dormitory records. Ensure compliance with MOM, FEDA, safety, hygiene, and housing requirements. Conduct regular inspections on facilities, cleanliness, safety, and resident welfare. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, pest control, and vendor services. Partner with internal teams and service providers to support accommodation planning, resident welfare, and dormitory operations. Manage resident feedback, incidents, disputes, and disciplinary matters. Support audits, inspections, incident reporting, corrective actions, and operational reports.
