Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist Chief Engineer in daily engine room operations
Supervise maintenance of main engine auxiliaries pumps and generators
Ensure proper watchkeeping and engine room safety
Maintain PMS records engine logbooks and checklists
Monitor fuel lube oil and machinery performance
Supervise engine ratings and workshops
Ensure compliance with ISM MARPOL SOLAS and Company SMS
Support inspections repairs and emergency drills
