The Senior Manager, Technical Systems & AV provides
operational leadership & technical oversight for Delta Flight Museum’s audiovisual
and integrated technical systems that support exhibitions, programs, visitor
experiences, digital media displays, and facility rental events. This role
ensures system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement through
proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation standards, and lifecycle
management. Serving as both a hands-on technical expert and team leader, the
Senior Manager supervises a small technical staff, coordinates with external
vendors and collaborates across departments to ensure technology systems remain
stable, maintainable and aligned with museum priorities.
