Job Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimation, budgeting, and tender submissions.
- Perform quantity take-off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Assist in contract administration and cost control throughout the project.
- Conduct site measurement and verification when necessary.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project costs are well managed.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of cost data and contract correspondences.
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in the construction or M&E industry
- Good knowledge of tendering procedures and cost estimation.
