A detail-oriented Electrical Drafter is needed to support the production of high-quality construction documents for electrical and MEP systems, with a particular emphasis on tool installation projects. The role involves 2D AutoCAD drafting, sheet setup, and multi-discipline coordination, offering exposure to complex mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare and modify electrical and MEP construction documents using AutoCAD (2D).
+ Support tool install design packages, including layout coordination for electrical and mechanical systems.
+ Set up drawing files, manage X-references, and maintain proper layer standards in AutoCAD.
+ Insert and coordinate external backgrounds, vendor drawings, and installation details into design packages.
