Drafter (BIM/CAD) We are seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to prepare and update technical drawings and models for construction/engineering projects. The role involves working closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Location : Yio Chu Kang Working Hours & Days : 5 days 8.30am-6pm Key Responsibilities: . Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software . Revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements . Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and specifications . Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams . Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings . Support project submissions and as-built documentation Requirements: . Diploma or relevant qualification in Engineering, Architecture, or related field . Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM tools . Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing .
