Overview

Position: Drafting & Shop Drawing Specialist (Senior)
Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
Work setup & shift: Hybrid | Day shift Schedule

Responsibilities

  • Compile tender estimates emailed to them from project director
  • Complete take offs for retaining walls
    • Lineal meter take off
    • Wall height take off
    • Lineal meter take off on post hole depths
    • Posts take off (including steel type and lengths)
    • Estimate concrete volume in pier holes
    • Concrete sleeper take off
    • Complete detailed mark ups showing how estimate was measured (via PDF or handwritten)
    • Draft up tender letter for director review
  • Complete material order forms
    • Use Excel template to compile detailed bill of quantities for ordering (including steel and sleepers)
  • Auto CAD – once detailed BOQ is complete, elevate the walls on proje...
