Summary of Position
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Dragline Maintenance Department.
Responsibilities
- Organizing, implementing and directing the activities of the Dragline Maintenance Department at the mine-site;
- Developing the budget and forecasts for all Dragline Maintenance expense and Capital spending;
- Managing an effective Dragline preventative maintenance program;
- Ensuring all activities in the department are in compliance with environment and safety legislation, regulations, policies and guidelines and standard mine operating procedures;
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement in the department;
