The role includes:
- Developing drainage solutions for highway, infrastructure, and flood alleviation schemes from feasibility through to construction stages.
- Using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Causeway Flow drainage design software.
- Preparing NEC tender/contract documentation and supporting fee proposals and bids.
- Designing sustainable drainage systems (SuDS), including SAB applications, and environmental land drainage solutions.
- Assisting in cost estimation and mentoring junior staff.
- Producing drainage design calculations, models, drawings, and specifications.
