About the Role
You’ll teach Drama across KS3–KS4, with opportunities to support extra-curricular productions and creative showcases. The department prides itself on fostering imagination, collaboration and self-confidence through performance.
ECTs receive dedicated mentoring, regular observations, and weekly support meetings. Lessons are planned collaboratively with shared schemes and resources to help you establish yourself confidently in the classroom.
