A creative and community-focused secondary school in Shropshire is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher of Drama from January 2026.
The school values the arts highly and offers Drama as part of a strong Creative Arts curriculum. ECTs are well supported and encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the department.
The Role
You will teach Drama across KS3 and KS4, delivering practical and theory-based lessons that develop confidence, collaboration and creativity. You’ll work alongside experienced teachers who provide strong guidance and mentoring.
