Job Description
**Purpose of Position**
The Production Floor Specialist assists with managing various production activities (e.g., assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc.) including planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. This role supports the manufacturing operation by coordinating production schedules, tracking workflow, communicating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring materials, equipment, and resources are available to meet production targets.
