As a Driller Helper, you will support drilling operations in various locations, focusing on residential construction sites. The role involves extensive labor work, including loading materials, fueling equipment, and mastering drilling controls under the guidance of an experienced driller.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist the driller with daily operations, including loading materials and fueling equipment.
+ Drive the service truck requiring a CDL license.
+ Perform labor-intensive tasks on residential construction sites.
+ Develop skills to master the helper role and progress to learning drilling controls.
+ Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the team.
+ Travel to job sites within Central PA, Western Maryland, Eastern Panhandle of WV, and Northern Virginia.
+ Work primarily in outdoor environments, adapting to various weather conditions.
