**Hands‑On Field Work | Regional Projects | Team Environment**
We’re seeking an **Exploration Team Member (ETM)** to join our Des Moines–based drilling team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor, hands‑on work, operating equipment, and being part of a dependable crew supporting **regional infrastructure and development projects** .
**What You’ll Do**
+ Operate geotechnical drill rigs (auger, mud rotary, air rotary, coring)
+ Perform in‑situ testing (CPT, pressuremeter, rock dilatometer)
+ Install monitoring wells and instrumentation
+ Lead and work alongside a 2‑person drill crew
+ Collect and classify soil and rock samples
+ Perform routine equipment maintenance
+ Complete field paperwork and DOT logs
+ Follow safety, quality, and project standards
