Job Title Design Release Engineer – Driveline Location Bengaluru Role The Design Release Engineer for Driveline will be responsible for translating customer requirements, both stated and unstated, into product specifications, ensuring that all designs meet driveline industry standards and best practices. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring systematic design and development approaches, conducting stakeholder meetings, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all released products. The safety, quality, and performance of the product must be prioritized, with timely escalation of any risks. The engineer will also develop DFMEA, ADVP&R, and coach the team to achieve successful product releases.
