Job Summary
• The Driver and Dispatch Rider is responsible for providing safe, timely, and efficient driving and dispatch
services to support the Institute’s operations.
• This includes transporting staff and guests, delivering official correspondence and parcels, and ensuring proper maintenance of assigned vehicles and motorcycle.
• The Driver & Dispatch rider reports directly to the Head of HR & Administration.
Duties
• Safely transport staff and guests to designated destinations.
• Collect and deliver official documents, parcels, and correspondence promptly.
• Ensure both assigned vehicle and motorbike are clean, roadworthy, and serviced regularly.
• Conduct daily checks on vehicles and motorbikes (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, etc.).
• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, trip reports, and delivery records.
