Job Description
Class 4 Lorry Driver / Forklift Driver is tasked with transporting goods safely and efficiently and performing forklift operations for material handling at the warehouse or worksite. The position ensures on-time delivery, correct loading and unloading procedures, and adherence to all safety requirements. This role is offered on a one-year contract, with potential for renewal.
Duties & Responsibilities- Drive Class 4 lorry to deliver and collect goods as scheduled
- Operate forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely
- Ensure goods are handled properly to prevent damage
- Check vehicle and forklift condition daily and report defects
- Follow road safety rules and workplace safety procedures
- Maintain basic delivery records and supporting documents
- Assist with warehouse or site duties when required
