**The Fresh Start Program** **is Transylvania Regional Hospital’s structured outpatient program for individuals who need moderate outpatient behavioral health treatment, but do not need the acute treatment offered by an inpatient psychiatric care.**
**Since 2007, The Fresh Start Program has provided outpatient behavioral health and psychiatric medication management to adults with Medicare. At Fresh Start we treat a wide variety of conditions from grief and depression to PTSD and bipolar disorder.**
**A typical day of treatment for our patients consists of 2 groups divided by a small break. Patients can choose between the morning groups which meet between 9:30am - 11:30am, or the afternoon groups wh...
