Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for drivers, including job postings, candidate sourcing and vetting
- Proactively source candidates through various channels such as social media, our elastic network and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates to fill current and future driver requirements
- Collaborate with in-field supervisors, zone planners, and operation teams to understand specific driver needs based on client requirements, upcoming initiatives, and seasonal demands.
