Job Description
Typical responsibilities include: Driving a catering lorry/van to deliver food, drinks, tables, and equipment Loading and unloading catering items safely Ensuring food arrives on time and in good condition Setting up buffet lines, tables, warmers, tents, etc. Collecting and returning equipment after events Checking delivery orders and invoices Maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle Coordinating with kitchen staff, coordinators, and customers Following food hygiene and safety rules Sometimes helping with simple manpower work during events
