Job Description
Working Hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Drive staff, Board members, and visitors for official trips – ensure punctuality
- Dispatch & collect documents or items as assigned
- Send vehicle for scheduled & ad-hoc maintenance and repairs
- Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in good condition
- Top up petrol / charge electric vehicle (EV) battery and maintain records
- Maintain a logbook for vehicle movement, mileage, usage, and cash card transactions
- Perform other related administrative duties as assigned
- Valid Class 3 Driving Licence with clean driving record (no suspension/revocation)
- At least 3 years of driving experience – preferably as:
- Personal driver for a statutory board, embassy, or executive
