Shape the next generation of professional bus drivers — and lead the team that makes it happen. 

This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of our transport operation. You'll own everything that happens inside our Training Centres — from induction through to PCV test pass and on to advanced driver training — while building a motivated, high-performing team of trainers, examiners and support staff.   • Lead and develop a team of Driver Trainers, Examiners, Classroom and Type Trainers 
  • Plan and manage cost-effective daily training operations across multiple centres 
  • Own KPI performance — time in training, trainer throughput, PCV pass rates
