Our client in Owen, WI is seeking a Dry Blend Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have similar work previous experience which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range:** $24.20
**Shift:** 6pm – 6am, 2-2-3 schedule, with the ability to train on 1st shift hours

+ Safely sets-up and operates equipment to optimize machine capability and product output
+ Check for any defects or malfunctions that may affect the quality of the product being produced or work being performed.
+ Accurately maintain records and documentation as required
+ Participate in all company training for food safety and plant safety.
+ Communicate with other team members, such as supervisors, quality control personnel, or other machine operators to coordinate production activities and ensure production goals are met
